The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in strategy development, overseeing the annual business planning activities, identifying and implementing process efficiencies, establishing a company-wide standard for continuous improvement, completing in-depth data analysis to inform strategies and working closely with Human Resources to facilitate culture change management. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Strategy and Operational Excellence.
Builds trust with leaders and staff at all levels of the organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and buy-in for continuous improvement efforts and change management.
Develops a company-wide CI strategy to be used by all workgroups.
Provides training and coaching to employees in change, project and continuous improvement principles.
Creates and maintains a standard work repository and oversees all process documentation.
Uses strategic data analysis to identify business opportunities, make recommendations to business leaders and implement respective projects to enable ASQ to meet short- and long-term strategic goals.
Oversees the company-wide project portfolio, makes recommendations for prioritizing work and resources, and serves as a project manager for key initiatives and complex cross-functional projects.
Facilitates the Corrective and Preventative Action process.
Works closely with the human resources and communication workgroups to shape and drive change management in the organization.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work Condition: Normal Office Environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Organizational Development, or a relevant field. A certification in project management is strongly preferred.
At least 5 years of experience working with data analysis, project management, and/or continuous improvement.
