Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Project Engineer for the Land Division in our Towson (or Laurel), Maryland office.
Candidates should have between 5 to 10 years of experience in design and management of medium to large scale projects in the Maryland Market Areas; specifically, Anne Arundel, Howard, Baltimore Counties and Baltimore City. Proficiency in Stormwater Management (SWM), Storm Drain, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) Design, Utilities, and Construction Administration is required.
More experienced candidates should be comfortable managing employees; multiple project budgets and schedules; regular communication with Clients and Company Principals to assure quality and timely completion of projects.

Successful candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:
5-10 Years of Experience in Private Land Development as Described Above;
Experience Managing Design teams of 3-5 People
Professional Registration Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Experience in Specific MD Market Areas (Baltimore City, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard Counties) preferred, but not required;
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Additional Salary Information: Bonus and overtime pay
