Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, collaborate with Project Management Team and Engineering Group in delivering alteration, renovation, deferred maintenance, and regulatory compliance projects at all stages from development to final close out.
Salary: Range $80,000.00 - $102,516.00 (PSS L)
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, engineering and detailed knowledge of Electrical, or Mechanical engineering principles and procedures gained either through formal education, practical working experience, or a combination of both or equivalent experience in these fields to qualify for Professional Engineering Licensure.
California Professional Engineer license in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
Five plus years of engineering experience including demonstrated experience conducting field investigations.
More than 2 years of experience as a team contributor to an engineering firm or facility management group with a complex building stock.
Demonstrated knowledge of central energy distribution systems including chilled water and heating water.
Demonstrated skill in working with people with design and construction knowledge ranging from detailed to near zero, to assist their understanding of project scope, associated costs, project schedule, codes, and standards compliance.
Knowledge of and demonstrated skill in using the Windows Operating System and applications including Excel and Word.
Excellent verbal/oral and written communication skills in the English language.
Demonstrated ability to work with consultants and materials vendors to scope projects.
Demonstrated ability to organize multiple complex tasks.
