As the Quality Manager, and with management support, you’ll be the primary person responsible for developing, implementing, training, sustaining, and monitoring compliance to all quality systems for the company.
Founded in 2015, Cimarron designs, manufactures, and tests composite pressure vessels for a variety of aerospace and industrial uses – including rockets (for NASA and SpaceX), submersibles, CNG tube trailers, and much more. We specialize in all types of composite pressure vessels for various industrial/storage uses, including hydrogen tube trailers, ultra-high pressure tanks for hydrogen filling stations, and individual tanks for hydrogen powered vehicles.

Essential Responsibilities Include:
Maintain AS9100B Certification including, but not exclusively, Configuration Management, Calibration, internal audits, and customer audits.
Leads the development of a Quality Plan to drive continuous improvement in Plant performance.
Develops and manages Quality Assurance Metrics to measure opportunities for improvement, progress on goals and accountability for performance.
Identifying, troubleshoots and drives resolution of production quality deficiencies and problems.
Monitors quality impact of new production processes, methods or equipment.
Monitors performance by utilizing data and statistical analysis.
Identifies and relevant quality training and implements training.
Manages and maintains the Plant’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials, processes and finished goods.
Implements ongoing quality improvement processes and procedures working with intradepartmental teams and with the involvement of production employees.
Manages Supplier Quality and Receiving Inspection activities.
Plan and maintain departmental budget.
Plan and maintain departmental personnel needs and requirements.
Acts as company quality representative in customer visits.
In order to take on these challenges you’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering a plus)
At least 5 years in the quality field supporting an industrial process manufacturing operation or applicable management experience.
AS9100 Certification and 5 years of experience, to include USDOT regulated or IATF manufacturing quality environment.
Experience in statistical process control, process optimization and continuous improvement including experience with Six Sigma/ASQ certification and Lean Manufacturing preferred.

Proven leader with the ability to manage and lead multiple projects and staff at one time.
