Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and our commercial team prior and after sales for processing High Performance Polymers, with focus on injection molding and extrusion applications. Attend trials at customers as needed to support new applications and for troubleshooting when required. For fulfilling this task, the incumbent will be required to be fully familiar with HP’s product portfolio, including product properties and processing requirements. Support root cause investigations and resolution of product and process performance problems at customers through pragmatic and scientific approach.
