SUMMARY OF JOB: Directs and coordinates activities of the manufacturing and laboratory areas, including facility and safety activities, and aids President in formulating and administering organization policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. Must have a demonstrated ability to lead an operating team to a successful result, to maintain high levels of performance of the key operating initiatives of safety, efficiency, and quality, and demonstrated ability to create a continuous improvement culture.
