The Senior Rail Manager leads all phases of physical and financial-related activities to OPPD's Arbor Line (rail and bridges) and railcar assets. The Senior Rail Manager will collaborate with a dynamic team of category managers to ensure the safe, continuous, efficient, economic, and reliable rail operations.
