JOB SUMMARY   Manage and oversee the operations and personnel of all phases of the wastewater treatment facilities, to include operations, and the biosolids disposal program. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   Collect data from the operation reports and laboratory database. Review and analyze the information and initiate appropriate changes to plant operations. Evaluate sampling locations and frequencies to determine if the sampling is appropriate and representative of actual treatment and is in compliance to meet the surface water discharge permit.
