Energy Analyst Supervisor (Rates)
This posting is for a supervisor of the rates team who will supervise and contribute to the following activities. Perform a cost-of-service study by implementing the appropriate ratemaking treatments including revenue-requirement line items, adjustments, cost of capital, load data, and cost allocations. Design rates, including base rates, riders, and rates for emerging trends such as vehicle electrification and distributed generation. Use software to model cost of service studies.Manage the tariff. Prepare regulatory filings. Support the development of testimony in rate proceedings. Advise internal and external decision-makers on ratemaking policy.
