GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Senior Engineer (Transportation & Stormwater) is a senior-level professional engineering position responsible for planning, managing, and implementing the City's Traffic Operations Program, NPDES MS4 Program, Community Rating System (CRS) Program, and transportation and stormwater planning initiatives.
