PROJECT MANAGERS

• $90,000 - $150,000 annual salary, based on experience and certifications

• Manage fire safety system installation at construction sites
• Coordinate with engineers, field technicians, contractors, and clients
• Define scope, schedule, and resources for designated projects
• Review blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to ensure system designs and installations meet applicable codes
• Create and manage project schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocation
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work progress, compliance, and quality
• Ensure all required permits, inspections, and testing are scheduled and completed successfully
• Lead project meetings and status updates with stakeholders
• Promote and enforce safety standards at job sites

• Preferred: experience as a project manager; project superintendents / leads will be considered depending on size of projects completed
• NICET FAS Level 2 or higher certification (Level 3 strongly preferred)
• Willing to travel as required

SYSTEM DESIGNERS

• $55,000 - $110,000 annual salary, based on experience and certifications
• Signing bonus for qualified candidate

• Remote-hybrid position possible after 180 days

• At least one year experience in fire alarm system design, with a solid understanding of Autodesk Revit software; or applied experience with AutoCAD software, with a willingness to learn Revit and fire alarm system design
• NICET FAS Level 2 or higher certification
• Strongly preferred: NICET FAS Level 3 certification (required if relocating)
• Preferred: experience working in mission critical facilities
• Preferred: knowledge of Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) systems, such as Xtralis VESDA
• Preferred: knowledge of clean agent fire suppression systems

FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS STARTUP PROGRAMMER/TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a technician with proven programming ability involving fire detection systems, especially those in mission critical facilities, such as data centers.

• $34 - $50 / hour, based on experience and certifications
• Monthly mobile phone reimbursement
• Company-provided vehicle, or private vehicle allowance and company-paid fuel card provided (upon corporate review)

• Experience / certification in programming Notifier and / or Fike fire alarm systems
• Experience / certification in programming Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) systems, such as Xtralis VESDA
• Knowledge of clean agent fire suppression systems
• Willingness to travel out of state as needed for one to two weeks
