Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chief Operating Officer - Manufacturing role located in Cornelius, Oregon. The COO will oversee daily Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Material and Purchasing departments. Responsibilities include managing and improving operational and production efficiency, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining quality and compliance standards. Improving manufacturing scheduling, costs, inventory management, and efficiencies are key elements for the position.

Qualifications
