Position Information The purpose of this classification is to plan, organize, coordinate and monitor capital improvement design/construction projects and activities managed by the County.  Applies project management skills and principles in the management of projects, contracts, teams and services of multi-faceted capital project construction, maintenance, or rehabilitation projects for County.
