The City of Batavia is seeking qualified applicants for the position of fulltime Warehouse Operator in our Public Works Department – Electric Utility Division. This is responsible administrative, clerical, and physical work in support of the operation of the City’s Electric Utility warehouse.  Work includes oversight and administration of inventory records and coordination with the City’s financial and asset management software systems.  Work involves receiving and issuing materials, tools, supplies, and equipment to the City’s electrical linemen.  The Warehouse Operator is required to exercise discretion and technical judgment in planning and directing the stores operations in collaboration with the City’s electrical engineering staff.  Work is performed under the direct supervision of
