Assistant/Associate/Full Professor - Biomedical Engineering
Job Summary: The Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison seeks to fill a tenure-track position at any level in the area of artificial intelligence/machine learning driven computational approaches in the design and application of tissue engineered "biomimetic twins", i.e. novel models of human organ function or dysfunction that would accurately predict the influence of external factors. Additionally, a candidate whose research in this field complements the department's existing strengths in Tissue Engineering, Cellular Engineering, Neuroengineering, Biomechanics, Biomedical Imaging and Optics, and Medical Micro technologies would be of particular interest.
