Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized, award-winning professional services consulting firm has a full-time opening for an experienced marketing professional to lead marketing pursuits and activities for our federal programs team. Responsibilities include leading the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan and budget; strategizing and positioning the business for key opportunities; developing capture plans for key clients and markets; planning and leading meetings with teaming partners and potential clients regarding key opportunities; recommending teaming strategy and leading select proposal and interview development including writing, editing and presentation elements for large and complex competitive pursuits; collaborating with the corporate graphics and communications team to accomplish group marketing goals; prioritizing needs to ensure appropriate resources; mentoring and overseeing select marketing staff. Travel will be required.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, journalism, communication, marketing, or related field AND at least four years of related experience in marketing, business development, or public relations.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
- Working at an AEC firm
- Strategizing and creating a marketing plan to support business growth
- Leading and monitoring business pursuits
- Federal solicitation and SF330 proposals
- Leading media and public relations efforts for the assigned team
- Software: CRM systems (Deltek Vision preferred), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
