An OverviewThis position supports the City's Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) through the continued implementation of the fee-based Stormwater Utility (SWU) funding of the program and the management or participation as a team member in the design and construction of stormwater management infrastructure to address water quality, drainage, and/or flooding. This position may also lead or participate in the completion of special studies and program activities such as SWU post-implementation studies, green infrastructure stormwater quality best management practice (BMP) selection, and project prioritization. Work is performed within the Department of Transportation and Environmental Services Stormwater Management Division under the supervision of the St
