The Pricing and Rates Manager performs rate analyses using statistical and financial methods after analyzing reports on running totals of power and water production. The incumbent reviews rates for conformity to regulations and compiles data pertaining to operating costs, revenues, electric power, and water production and usages by classes of service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyzes reports on running totals of power produced by the various generating units and water produced by the desalination plants and well fields.
